Pilot & Car has been operating across the UAE since 2000, growing from a small transport operation into a fleet of more than 200 vehicles serving clients across Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain. Over that time, one thing has stayed constant: every booking comes with a licensed chauffeur, a fixed rate, and a vehicle prepared to a consistent standard.
We're led by Hammad Sarwar Khan, our Chief Executive Officer, whose focus on reliability and fair pricing has shaped how this company operates since it began. Under his leadership, Pilot & Car has built a 4.8 Google rating through consistent service rather than a handful of good reviews, and expanded across every emirate without lowering the standard clients expect from us in Dubai.

Irfan oversees the day-to-day coordination that keeps bookings running smoothly, from confirming trip details on WhatsApp to making sure the right vehicle and driver are matched to every request. It's a role that rarely gets seen by clients directly, but it's the reason bookings get confirmed quickly and accurately.
Our chauffeurs are the face of Pilot & Car for every client who steps into one of our vehicles. Each driver on our team is licensed, background-verified, and trained before joining the fleet.
