Our services include chauffeur-driven vehicles, airport transfers, hourly and daily hire, tours, and corporate travel. Availability, vehicles, and pricing are subject to change and confirmation at booking.
2. Bookings & payments
Bookings are confirmed according to the process shown at checkout or as agreed in writing. Cancellation, amendment, and refund rules apply as stated at the time of booking and in our Refund Policy. Payment methods accepted are those displayed on our website or agreed with our team.
3. Your responsibilities
You must provide accurate information, comply with UAE laws, and treat our vehicles and staff respectfully. We may refuse or end a service where there is risk, abuse, or breach of these terms.
4. Liability
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events outside our reasonable control (including traffic, weather, road closures, or official action). Where liability applies, it is limited to the fees paid for the affected service unless the law requires otherwise.
