It depends on your destination. DXB to Palm Jumeirah or JBR takes roughly 30 to 35 minutes. DXB to Deira or Bur Dubai is closer to 15 minutes. Off-peak rates apply during quieter travel periods, and journey times are shorter too.
We track every flight before your chauffeur heads to the airport. Delays are adjusted for automatically with no extra charge. If the flight is cancelled, contact us right away, and our cancellation policy covers exactly what happens next.

Cancellations made 24 hours before pick-up are fully refunded. Between 2 and 24 hours, a 50% fee applies. If no one shows at collection, the full amount is charged. Amendment fees depend on when the change is requested.
