I'm Hammad Sarwar Khan, founder and CEO of Pilot & Car. Everything we've built over more than 25 years comes back to one idea: chauffeur service should feel dependable, not like a gamble on who shows up or what you'll actually be charged. Here's what that means to me, and to everyone who wears our uniform.

Over more than 25 years, that same standard has grown with us, from a small operation into a fleet of more than 200 vehicles, and from Dubai into Sharjah, Ajman, Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain, and Al Ain. We only expand where we can genuinely deliver the service our name is attached to, which is why our approach hasn't changed even as our coverage has.
We continuously look for ways to improve our operations through efficient vehicles, smarter technology, and responsible business practices. Our goal is to provide premium transportation while building a more sustainable future, for our clients, our team, and the cities we operate in.
